Support the children of missionaries

The Christian Missionary Scholarship Foundation welcomes your interest in supporting the children of our missionaries. The students receiving scholarships from the Foundation have often lived lives of sacrifice, holding strong in their faith that God will provide. The Foundation is one of God's tools to provide for these students and their families.

“I know that God wanted me here, and He used people like you to bring me here. Your generosity has served to further God’s purpose for my life and I will be forever grateful for those who helped make my education possible. I also want to thank you on behalf of the other students who have received this scholarship—they would not be here today if it weren’t for the loving kindness of you, Mr. and Mrs. van Reken. Thank you so much for responding to God’s call and donating to a great need.”  -Kari Holmgren

The board and founders hope the generosity of the Foundation will foster an equally generous attitude on the part of others—including the students who have received support.

It is the goal of the Foundation to continue providing financial support and encouragement to missionary children from around the world, making it possible for these students to share their gifts of diverse cultures, customs and languages with their campus communities. Your support of these efforts is greatly appreciated. Individuals and business organizations alike are welcome to help further the work of the Foundation.

Ninety-nine percent of Foundation funds from income and contributions go directly to scholarships for students. Less than 1% goes to administrative functions; the officers and directors work voluntarily for the foundation without compensation or reimbursement of expenses.

The Christian Missionary Scholarship Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax exempt charitable organization under 501(c)3. Donations to the Foundation are fully tax deductible.
